  • Yes, everything in this course can be accessible through mobile phone, as long as you have a somewhat recent smartphone and access to the internet. 

  • It’s designed for nicotine-based vapes, but the psychological tools support other forms of dependency too.

  • That “boredom” is often just your nervous system resetting. When you remove the constant dopamine hits, your brain needs time to recalibrate... and at first, things can feel quieter. But what feels like boredom is actually space. And in that space, you’ll reconnect with things that genuinely light you up, not just numb you out.
